Premium Interior Design’s full residential and commercial interior styling service in Geelong encompasses all the stylists, tradespeople, cleaners, landscape gardeners and handymen to ensure your property presents at its absolute best for the market and that you achieve maximum results. All specification, ordering, collection, storage and delivery is included in this service.

INCLUSIONS:

Assessment of property requirements.
Tips and suggestions provided for de-cluttering and items to be removed.
Suggestions on improvements to the properties appearance including painting, carpets and remedial work, including trade referrals.
Specification / sourcing for recommended items to be purchased that will enhance what is already in place.
Detailed list of items recommended products are sent to the client for approval along with an estimate of costs, working to their budget. We find our clients love how we can assist them in sourcing items that also suit their next home if you have already purchased.
Client confirms the recommendations for purchase which is subject to availability.
All items are purchased and collected on the client’s behalf and held at Premium Interior Design’s warehouse facility.
We liaise with supplier, courier and freight companies so everything is ready for delivery on styling day.
We make sure all items are checked by Premium.
Styling day involves Premium Interior Design staff on-site preparing the property for presentation including installing new items, rearranging existing items and professional artwork installation and re-hanging of existing artwork to compliment the scheme.

NOTE:

We recommend your photographer be booked the day after styling day to ensure Premium Interior Design and trades if required have the house looking amazing for you. Detail is an important factor to consider when selling your biggest asset, you have one chance to make your property stand out.
