Onsite visit to assess the property and walk through with you providing ideas and solutions to ensure your home stands head and shoulders above the other market contenders. At Premium Interior Design we know the importance of first impressions and our interior styling experts will focus on and enhance the positive aspects of your property.

INCLUSIONS:

Up to 2 hours on-site providing tips and suggestions for de-cluttering and items to be removed.
Suggestions on improvements to the properties appearance including painting, carpets and remedial work, including trade contacts if required.
Recommendations for adding new pieces to compliment the home.
Cleaning and maintenance suggestions.
Landscaping suggestions including trade contacts if required.

NOTE:

Upgrade to our enhancement service available (Assessment fee will be deducted off upgrade
service).
