Home is where the soul is, when we work with you we like to establish what makes you tick, what is important to you, what is your passion and what brings you joy. We then get to work on creating a home that lifts your spirits every day.

STEP 1: CREATING YOUR DREAM CONCEPT

We start by sitting down with you to discuss what is important to you in your home, what you are looking to achieve and get a clear understanding of your own personal style.

We discuss your vision and brief. You may have images of styles you love, inspiration for example Pinterest or Instagram.
We take photos of your property, measure up and assess your home.
We discuss design styles and work through your ideal style and what inspires you.
We discuss budget estimates.

STEP 2: DESIGNING YOUR DREAM HOME

This is where we complete the design process and specify your project. We handle the whole process through procurement, ordering and logistics. Our full service clients have access to our exclusive trade supplier networks ensuring best possible pricing.

We start on your project, research, specify and source products that fit in well with your overall style and colour palette in the home and complement the spaces.
We can custom design working with talented trades and suppliers.
We source and present paint colours, flooring, cabinetry and window furnishing options.
We liaise with our list of exclusive trade suppliers and arrange for quotations.
We work to your budget.
We provide room by room mood boards which are customised to your home.
We can supply CAD floor plans and elevations if required.
We present everything to you so you have a complete picture of how your home is going to look.

STEP 3: DELIVERING YOUR VISION

Available exclusively to our full service clients, Premium provides a complete solution from logistics and storage through to delivering on the day and presenting a beautifully styled and presented home.

We order directly with our suppliers, confirm stock availability and estimated delivery dates.
We liaise directly with courier and freight companies to arrange delivery.
All furniture items are assembled.
Placement of all furniture, accessories and other items.
Artwork and mirrors are professionally hung.
Bedlinen is ironed and beds are styled for you.
All products are removed from boxes and positioned in situ.
All packing is removed and presented with care.
